Shipping Policy

Order preparation

After payment authorization succeeds, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. This handling period is separate from carrier travel time.

Transit and delivery

Once a parcel ships, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside those estimates, and no arrival date is guaranteed. Available destinations and charges appear during checkout.

Tracking and parcel help

Review the shipping address before placing an order. Tracking can take time to show its first scan. For delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, email karmjitsiddiqui158@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and tracking details.
