Checkout and currency

Prices and order totals are shown in USD. Use a payment method offered by checkout for the specific order. A payment must be successfully authorized before preparation begins.

Authorization and billing details

An issuer may decline a transaction, ask for verification, or place a temporary authorization hold. Enter accurate billing information and contact the issuing institution when a decline or hold cannot be resolved by the store.

Payment security and refunds

Enter full card details only in checkout, never in a normal support message. After an approved refund, we process or initiate the original-method credit within 10 days; financial-provider posting may take longer. Use Contact Us for store-side payment help.
