Refund Policy

Requests within 30 days

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Eligible change-of-mind, preference, or mistaken-selection returns are accepted for new, unused goods in their original condition. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, and material differences from the listing are also reviewed. Non-excludable legal rights remain available.

Approval before mailing

Email karmjitsiddiqui158@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video when an item has a problem. Wait for approval and the accurate return address before mailing anything. The correspondence address is not automatically a return facility.

Label, exchanges, and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible mailed return. If it is missing or lost, ask us for assistance. Use it only after approval and follow the confirmed instructions. We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and available stock.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
